Hi, my name is Allison and I am the inventor of the Canine Carry-All® leash accessory. It all started when I was in fourth grade and we had an Inventor’s Fair at school. I decided that the invention I would submit would be one my mother and I had thought up while walking our dog. With help from my dad in refining the idea and putting the prototype together, we came up with a wonderful item to enter in the contest! At the Fair, we received many suggestions from people saying that we should put our product on the market. How to do that, we weren’t sure, but my mother did some research and joined the Inventors Network in Minneapolis. They had great information about applying for patents, finding manufacturers and marketing our product. |

Now, the Canine Carry-All® is ready for you and your pet. It has been an interesting learning experience for me to watch the process of how ideas come about, and one I hope all people will be able to experience some time in their lives! My advice to inventors is that if you have an idea that you think could really be something, you should take a chance. It could turn out to be a wonderful thing! It has been for my family and me! |
